Egg Hunt 04/02
Send your kiddos with LABELED baskets or buckets for a fun, Easter egg hunt! Kiddos will hunt during their morning outside time! We will also, have an appearance by the Easter Bunny himself!
School Closure 04/03
In observance of Good Friday, La Mère Academy will be closed Friday, April 3, 2026. Have a wonderful Easter weekend! We’ll see y’all Monday!
Playground Deadline 04/15
We are changing our center management system from KangarooTime to Playground! Please, look for the invite in your emails and download the app.
The app will work similarly to KangarooTime. The door locks will interact the same. The last day to pay any outstanding invoices in KT will be 4/10/2026.
Teachers will begin using the app tomorrow, 4/1/2026!
Please, be sure that you download your photos and any billing records you may want from the KT Connect app by 4/10 as well.
Book Fair 04/20-04/24
Book Fair will be in the lobby all week! Look for some great new bedtime stories, gift your classroom or pick out some gifts for upcoming summer birthdays! Your dollars spent help to keep the books in our school fresh!
Family Picnic 04/24
Join us for a picnic! We’ll have yummy food, live music and fun! Please RSVP below! This helps us to have enough food for everyone. Also, please note your dietary restrictions or allergies in your RSVP. Thank you! We look forward to hosting you!

Week of the Young Child is a national celebration of early childhood put on by NAEYC. We put our own spin on it, of course! Each day is a new theme! Check the calendar for all the info.
Summer Camp 2026
Our Summer Camp is live on the website and filling fast! We have the most amazing summer planned! Don’t let your school-age kiddos miss out!

Door Security
For the security of our school, we ask that you please, bring your phones and attempt to open the doors with your device. While we understand that the system maybe slow at times, it keeps our school secure.
